INTRODUCTION
The Trailer Mounted Foamer 250 washing rig consists of a 227 litre (50 gallon) stainless steel tank mounted within a rigid steel chassis. The chassis is supported by three heavy duty, urethane filled, wheels with 16” super elastic tyres, one of which is mounted on a heavy duty steering castor unit. A drawbar, that can be locked in the upright position for storage and safety, is attached to the steering castor unit. A drawbar operated parking brake acts on the front wheel when the drawbar is locked in the upright position. Castor wheels are fitted at each side of the unit, at the front, to provide additional stability. Two separate control boxes are fitted, on frames, to the rear of the rig to enable two operators, each with independent delivery lines, to dispense gel or foam independently. An engine driven rotary vane compressor, located at the front of the rig, gives full mobility to the rig.
