INTRODUCTION
The oil top up and replenishment rig is used for the replenishment and top up of aircraft gearboxes. The equipment is mounted on a trolley and may be transported and operated by one person. The rig is used to dispense Super Seasprite SH2G(A) Gearbox Oil DOD-L-85734 only.

DESCRIPTION
The oil top up and replenishment rig comprises a fluid tank mounted in a frame, a delivery gun, filter assembly, air filter / regulator assembly and delivery hose. The fluid tank is made of stainless steel with a sight glass fitted to the side. There is a hinged filler cap at the top and a drain plug at base. A gauze strainer is installed in the filler orifice. A 0-11 bar (0-160 psi) pressure gauge and pressure relief valve are also installed on the top of the tank.
