INTRODUCTION
The Foamer 80 rig consists of a 80 litre capacity stainless steel reservoir mounted on a wheeled, tubular steel frame. A box at the rear of the frame houses the pump and control equipment. A 10 metre delivery hose and foam and gel lances are stowed on the frame.

GENERAL
The fluid reservoir is mounted within a welded, tubular steel frame which forms a transportation trolley. Two wheels, with pneumatic tyres (optional urethane filled), run on a solid axle welded to the frame. Two rubber feet support the front of the frame, acting as a brake when the rig is stationary. A lockable box at the rear of the frame contains the air-driven pump, together with pressure regulators and a foam generator.  Ball valves located underneath the box control the compressed air supply to the unit. A stowage on the front of the frame provides for the stowage of the fluid delivery hose; brackets and holsters at the rear provide stowages for the two delivery lances and the gel stackpipe.
