DESCRIPTION
Designed specifically to wash two engines simultaneously, the rig consists of 4 x 227 litre (50 imperial gallon) heated tanks mounted on a twin axled steel road trailer. Towing is by means of a NATO towing hitch incorporating a retractable solid rubber jockey wheel for added stability and a lever operated braking mechanism acting on drum brakes fitted within the trailer’s wheels to anchor the rig before operation. A spare wheel is also mounted at the front of the trailer, behind the jockey wheel.

Each tank is fitted with a 9kW Immersion heater requiring a 380/440V, 3-phase, 50Hz electrical power supply to heat the tanks to 70ºC.

The two fluid delivery hose reels are mounted at the rear of the rig on top of the twin delivery hose stowage box and the wash probe stowage compartment is located underneath the chassis and accessible from the rear.

The electrical control panel and all major tank selection controls are at the front of the rig.
