INTRODUCTION
The 7 gallon (32 litre) Compressor Wash Rig is designed to deliver compressor wash fluid from a 7 gallon tank which is pressurised through an auxiliary air supply (supplied by customer), via an inlet hose stowed on the rig. The wash fluid is filtered through a 120 mesh filtration system and dispensed via a delivery hose. A sight glass and sight glass guard with 1 gallon increment markings allow the operator to view the amount of fluid being dispensed. The flow rate can be determined by regulating the pressure in the tank. This is shown on a pressure gauge 0-160 psi (0-11 bar) mounted between the handles. An air inlet valve, solenoid valve, filler cap, safety valve, air blow-off valve and a fluid delivery ball valve are all fitted to control the operation of the rig.
